Lose It! - It's Time For Me To Get Back On The Wagon


There's an application that I used last year when I was working very hard to drop weight called Lose It! The app was really helpful in keeping track of my daily calorie intake, nutrition and exercise. Additionally, it has features to text or email reminders to enter data and will send detailed weekly summaries of that same data plus pounds lost or gained.

Overall, this is a really easy-to-use and helpful tool for tracking dietary progress (or regression as is my current situation!). I've gained about 25 lbs back since September 2010... and that is not acceptable to me. I worked really hard to lose over 50 lbs in that year. My goal is to lose 30 lbs and KEEP IT OFF.

Lose It! claims that if I stick to my calorie budget of 1,700 calories per day (and exercise regularly, of course) that I can reach my goal by Christmas.

I'm taking the challenge again. I'm gonna reach my goal.
